General provisions
This e-commerce webshop offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its webshop online. These General Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce webshop (“Customer”). Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless they have been expressly accepted in advance in writing.
Price
All prices stated are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT. If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The price statement applies exclusively to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce webshop have been compiled with the outmost care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up to date. For example, the description of a wine can change from year to year depending on grape variety and flavor. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. The seller is under no circumstances liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors. If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, color, availability, composition, year, delivery period or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact our customer service in advance.
The offer is valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. The seller cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.
When mentioning the vintages, we try to adjust this as up to date as possible according to availability in our stock. If a vintage is not available, we reserve the right to offer the logically newest vintage of the same wine. For example, the customer cannot claim a return due to a more recent year than that stated in the webshop.
The composition of a wine may deviate from year to year from what is stated in the webshop, for which there is also no right of return. If the customer has specific questions about the correct years, composition, availability, delivery period or delivery method, we request the customer to contact us in advance.
Online purchases
The Customer has the choice between bank transfer or credit card as payment methods.
The seller is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming on the part of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
The following payment methods are offered:
- Bank card (Bancontact / Mister Cash/Paypal)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard/ Amex)
- Cash upon collection or local delivery

Delivery and execution of the agreement
Very Pink does not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If we notice that an order has been placed by a minor, we can refuse this order.
In principle, products are only delivered in Belgium.
The risk of damage, loss or theft is borne by Very Pink until the time of delivery of the goods to the customer. The risk for loss or damage passes to the Customer once physical possession of the goods has been obtained.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcomings of an item or other shortcomings in delivery must be reported by the customer immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the order. Usually the order will be delivered within 3-7 working days. The delivery period is a maximum of 3-7 working days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery period is longer, this will be communicated when confirming the order. Under no circumstances is the customer entitled to compensation for exceeding the delivery period.
Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of the seller until full payment has been made by the Customer.
Sanctions for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer is legally liable to pay interest on the unpaid amount from the date of the breach of contract and without notice. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the right is reserved to take back items that have not been (fully) paid for.
Affecting validity – non-renunciation
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions. Failure at any time by the seller to enforce any of the rights listed in these Terms and Conditions, or to exercise any right thereof, will never be considered a waiver of such provision and will never affect the validity of these rights.
Change of conditions
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other terms and conditions that are explicitly referred to and the seller's general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of any contradiction, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. The courts of the Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction in legal disputes. The Seller can also turn to the ODR platform. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
