Shipping policy
Deliveries are usually carried out by ourselves within 3 to 7 working days. We only deliver in Belgium.
Shipping costs
- Delivery in Belgium: 12 euros
- Free delivery with orders of at least 175 euros including VAT
Delivery costs are calculated separately and will be stated when confirming the order.
Delivery modalities
We will contact you the day before by telephone, email or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery. We will then let you know when you can expect your order. If this is not suitable, we will agree on another time.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address specified by the customer in his order. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs. In the event of errors in the address details of the recipient, the seller cannot in any case be held liable for the inability to deliver the ordered products.
The risk of damage, loss or theft is borne by Very Pink until the time of delivery of the goods to the customer. At that time, the risk passes to the customer. The delivery period is a maximum of 3-7 working days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery period is longer, this will be communicated when confirming the order. Under no circumstances is the customer entitled to compensation for exceeding the delivery period.
