Complaints

If a bottle has a cork taste, the Customer can always return it up to 6 months after purchase. The bottle must be at least 1/2 full so that this cork taste can still be determined. The Customer may have opened a maximum of 2 bottles from only one box of different types of wine for tasting. If it concerns a box of 6 bottles of the same wine, only a maximum of 1 bottle may be opened. In this case, the opened bottle will also be reimbursed. Please contact us directly at info@verypink.be. We will collect the wines from you.

The Customer must make a reservation immediately upon delivery for visible defects (glass breakage, defects, etc.), otherwise a complaint based on this will no longer be valid. The Customer must also notify Very Pink of this in writing immediately but within 7 days after delivery. If a delivered wine does not meet the customer's expectations, it is free to have this wine collected (do not return it yourself!) by Very Pink, under the following conditions: the Customer must contact us in writing by e-mail. mail - the period of 6 months from the indicated date of drinkability has not yet expired, - only full boxes and undamaged bottles are eligible for return.

The bottles must be presented in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed return form (available from customer service). Any free goods included with the original shipment must also be included. We will collect the wines from you.

Reimbursement

If the conditions are met, the amount already paid will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 14 days after collection by Very Pink. Payment is made to the bank account that made the initial payment to Very Pink. Please note: the invoiced shipping costs remain payable by the Customer even when the goods are collected. In the case of a so-called mixed box with different wines, Very Pink will always find a suitable solution to compensate the customer.

Right of withdrawal

If the ordered products do not meet the Customer's expectations products), the Customer can return the goods in the unopened and original packaging within 14 working days of receipt, provided that the order form is presented.
